Glenna Dickey Towle of Skowhegan, Maine, formally of Easton, Maine passed away in December 2024 at Woodlawn in Skowhegan, Maine. Aunt Glenna was born April 28th, 1931, in Fairfield, Maine, the daughter of Everett O. and Beatrice Webb Dickey. She graduated from Lawrence High School and Farmington State College and began teaching soon after. She married Lawrence Towle in 1956. She and Uncle Larry had a real estate business in Easton, Maine. She moved to Winslow Maine after Uncle Larry's passing and later to Redington Memorial Home in Skowhegan. She then moved to Woodlawn in Skowhegan in April of 2024. Aunt Glenna was a gracious, lovely lady who enjoyed her family and friends' visits. She would entertain them all by playing the piano. She was predeceased by her husband, Larry; her parents; her brothers and their spouses Ralph (Marilyn) and Donald (Shirley) and Everett ( Janet) and her sisters and spouses Patricia (Norman) , Barbara (Ed) and Muriel (Frank). She is survived by her sister Betty Noren of Oregon and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Aunt Glenna will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 3-5 at Veilleux Funeral Home 8 Elm Street, Waterville, Maine. Memory donations may be made to the Somerset Humane Society, Skowhegan Maine.
