Jeffrey M. Nutt, 71, passed away unexpectedly on June 24, 2026, while doing what he loved most, going fishing.

     Jeff was born at Thayer Hospital in Waterville on January 25, 1955, the son of Lamont and Patricia (Cayouette) Nutt. He attended Winslow High School, graduating with the Class of 1973. He later attended college in Lowell, Massachusetts, and was offered a position with Keyes Fiber, where he remained a dedicated employee until his retirement.

      Jeff had a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, and four-wheeling, and was always willing to lend a hand grooming snowmobile trails whenever he had the opportunity. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family, especially his two stepchildren, whom he loved very much.

     He was predeceased by his parents, Lamont and Patricia Nutt.

     Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Linda Marie Nutt; his stepchildren, Allen Patrick Nutt and Jonathan Paul Nutt; his sister, Pamela Nutt; his brothers, Russell Nutt and Patrick Nutt; along with extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.

     A private service will be held at a later date.
