Linda Mae Poissonnier, 67 Waterville - Linda Mae (Bouchard) Poissonnier, 67, passed away with her family by her side on April 15, 2016 at Inland Hospital in Waterville Maine. Linda was born on March 13, 1949 in Winslow Maine. She attended Winslow High School and graduated in 1967. Linda often talked about her happiest moments growing up on her family’s farm with her sister. She frequently spent time at Happy Wheels Roller Skating Rink in Winslow and was an amazing skater. Linda’s entire life revolved around her children and their families. She was characterized as a vibrant woman who could light up a room with her smile. She was selfless and a dedicated mother who was quick to laugh and was always there when needed. Her family is devastated by the loss of her and they will forever cherish the memories they’ve collected over the years. Linda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kim and Mike Lastrina of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania; her son and daughter-in-law Linwood and Laura Poissonnier of Sidney; her daughter Tammy Poissonnier of Waterville; her son Rodney Poissonnier of Brookline, Massachusetts; five grandchildren: Jazmin Rodrigue, Taylor Poissonnier, Logan Poissonnier, Olivia Lastrina and Gabriella Lastrina; her sister Joan Gagne of Waterville and several nieces and nephews. Linda is preceded by her parents Alcide and Sabina Bouchard of Waterville. All are welcome to join in the celebration of Linda’s life. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday April 21 at 10:00 AM at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 112 Silver Street, Waterville with a reception immediately following in the church hall. Burial will be private later in the afternoon at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
