Paul Major Grenier, 62, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2026.

Paul was born on August 14, 1963, in Waterville, Maine, the son of Larry and Ruth Grenier.

Paul worked for many years as a dishwasher, where his dependable nature and strong work ethic were appreciated by those around him.

Music was at the heart of Paul's life. It wasn't simply something he enjoyed—it was part of who he was. He had an incredible memory for music, able to recall band names, album releases, and the years songs were recorded with remarkable accuracy. He loved singing, playing the guitar, and listening to music of all kinds. Even on his final day, Paul could be heard singing, a fitting reflection of the joy music brought him throughout his life.

Paul was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Betty Ann; and his brother, Larry Jr.

He is survived by his siblings, James Grenier, Kathy Barron, and Pamela Lapera; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will remember him with love.

Paul's family finds comfort in knowing that his passion for music, his familiar songs, and the happiness they brought him will continue to echo in the hearts of those who knew him.
