Belgrade: Regina Tuttle-Carff passed away peacefully at home on August 19, 2023 with family by her side.

Regina was born December 3, 1935 to Fred and Susan Tuttle. She was born in Athens Maine, lived in Skowhegan, Maine.

Regina married Paul Carff and had 4 children. Joy Hancher, Paul & Laura Carff, LaRoy & Wendy Carff and Mark Carff.

She was a crafty lady, spunky and fiesty. She loved to travel, lived in seventeen different states but always loved the East Coast. It was home. She made shell flowers, afghans, quilts and so on. She loved to put puzzles together, play games, cook, bake (especially Gingerbread Houses from scratch, fudge and popcorn balls) and work with plants. Loved being outside whenever possible, working with the plants. Mostly, she loved her children and grandchildren.
