Richard A. Doig Jr. (54) passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 3, 2022. He was the son of Richard A. Doig Sr. and Janelle A. (Nason) Doig. He was born on July 30, 1967, in Boston, Massachusetts. He was predeceased by his Dad, Richard A. Doig Sr. in 2017. He is survived by his mother, Janelle A. Doig, of Clinton, a sister, Elissa J. Doig-Vigue and her husband Paul, and his two nephews, Nicholas Anthony and Andrew Paul Vigue. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Beverly S. Adams, of Springhill, Florida. Richie leaves behind his loving fiancée, Heidi J. Meunier, her son, William L. Meunier, and three beautiful foster grandchildren, Kamryn, Kaden, and Randy, all of Burnham. He leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Richie was a 1985 graduate of Lawrence High School, Fairfield, Maine. After graduation, he worked in his father’s flooring business for many years, until his Dad retired, due to illness. He was currently employed as a (millwright) for Zayachek Mechanical out of New York. A memorial and graveside service will be announced in the Spring. He touched so many lives and will be truly missed by family and good friends. The family would like to thank everyone for their loving kindness at this most difficult time.
