Mobile, Alabama – Rose Lynn DePino, 55, formerly of Albion, died on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from complications of FTD (frontotemporal degeneration). She was born on October 10, 1961 in Waterville, a twin daughter of Virginia (Austin) and Harvey Clark. Rose grew up in Albion and graduated from Lawrence High School, Class of 1980. She and her twin sister Ruth were talented seamstresses and sold their creations through consignment shops before working for Hathaway Shirts. Rose met her husband, John, through mutual friends in Unity and together they have a daughter, Breanne.

Rose had the gift of hospitality and was known for her party themes and making everyone feel welcomed. She truly was fun loving, enjoyed cooking, playing board games and readily showed her beauty, inside and out, with her selflessness, generosity and genuine care for family and others. Rose was a happy person because she enjoyed life. John said it simply, “Everyone should be so lucky as to have someone like Rose in their life”.

Rose is survived by her husband of 27 years, John DePino; her daughter Breanne Christian and her husband Joseph and their twin boys Matthew and Uriah; her mother Virginia Clark; her brother Bruce Clark and his wife Lisa; her twin sister Ruth Clark and her husband Mike; her sister Cheryl Gould and her husband Galen; her mother-in-law Shirley DePino; as well as a large extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and other relatives. Rose was predeceased by her father; her sister Debbie Clark, and her nephew Robert Hubbard.

There will be a time of gathering and visitation from 5 – 7 PM on Thursday August 31, 2017 at Veilleux Funeral Home, 8 Elm Street, Waterville. A graveside service and committal will be held on Friday September 1, 2017at 10:00 AM at Quaker Hill Cemetery, 4988 Quaker Hill Road, Unity.
