Victoria P. Parks of Waterville Maine was born January 2, 1976 in Ottawa, Ontario area. She is survived by her husband Jeramiah G. Parks, son Kerry Thibeault, step-son James E. Parks, and daughter Ember L. Parks, as well as other family members still in Canada and other locations. She was a dedicated mother and wife, loved animals, self-published writer, read anything by Stephen King, worked at Maine General and with state DHHS child services, loved to travel and spending time at home with the husband and kid. She had a beautiful but dark and mischievous sense of humor, loved her close family deeply, and tolerated all others. Taken too soon by cancer and other health conditions, she will be forever loved and missed. Victoria wished to be cremated and remain at home, a celebration of life will occur October 5th 2024 and the family has asked that any condolences, well wishes, or similar be sent directly to the home, if the address is needed please contact Jeramiah directly.
